AI agents - the buzzword with real bite

AI Agents, the two words that you can't escape no matter where you look.

Here's how they're changing Outbound in 2025:

So, you've probably heard the phrase AI Agents, you might know what it means, or you might have no idea.

To explain... 🤓 

When you use ChatGPT, you explain what you want, and you're provided an output. That's awesome.

An AI Agent can be told what needs to be done once, and then autonomously achieve those goals.

Now in practice, it looks like this:

↳ You want to find out if employees are unhappy at a company.

↳ You use CUA, Unify's agent, and ask: "Are employees unhappy at this company?".

Unify's AI Agent will then browse several employee review sites and click into specific reviews to extract examples of negative sentiment.

...and if you wanted to go a step further, it could use this information to write up personalized sequences to a prospect.

Yeah, the game is changing. 🤯 

That's just one example of how you can leverage ChatGPT's Computer Use Agent for Outbound.

We haven't even touched agents being able to analyze google street view. (A gold mine if you target local businesses.)
